Ticket for attending Middlesex Light Blues AGM on the 30th November 2023.
Step into an evening filled with camaraderie, history, and shared passion at the Middlesex Light Blues Club Annual General Meeting (AGM). After the unavoidable hiatus during the pandemic, it's time for us to reconnect, and there's no better occasion than at the brink of the New Masonic year.
Our aim is to keep formalities brief and engaging. We'll kick off at 6 pm, welcoming our esteemed members and guests. The MLBC Accounts for 2019, 2020, and 2022, along with activity reports, will be presented upfront for transparency and efficiency. Our members will have the opportunity to raise any questions before we seek approval for the same.
The evening will then transition into an exciting revelation of our forthcoming events for 2024. After an exhilarating relaunch last year, your active involvement has spurred us to expand our future event calendar - stay tuned for what's on the horizon!
Adding an exceptional layer to the evening's intrigue, we have the privilege of hosting the Prince Michael of Kent Royal Arch 1750 Demonstration Team. Transport yourself back to the 1750s as this talented team enacts a Royal Arch meeting, faithfully captured in the style of the era. This dramatic spectacle has been a hit in Lodges, Chapters, and Provinces across the South East of England, and we're delighted to share it with you.
Our very own W Bro Michael Karn, the creative force behind this display, will enrich the experience with his expert narration. He brings both extensive knowledge and a fervent passion for the success of the Royal Arch Demonstration Team.
After the drama has unfolded, indulge in a full hearty spread of hot and cold buffet selections. Grab this chance to mingle with the Demonstration team in the Lounge Bar, meet members of the Executive team, and soak in the engaging atmosphere. With W Bro David Allan's imminent appointment as Pro Provincial Grand Master and consequent ascension to MLBC President, we look forward to his support and we are hoping he will be able to attend our gathering, which we will confirm soon.
So, mark your calendars, join us, and be a part of a remarkable Masonic journey!
The dress code for this evening is smart casual, please. There is plenty of parking onsite at Harrow District Masonic Centre. We will be providing Tea & Coffee included as part of the free buffet, but drinks from the bar are at your own expense.
